Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients’ functional abilities and limitations, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. These plans take into consideration the patient’s physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Documenting patient care in accordance with professional practice guidelines defined by regulatory agencies.
• Communicating vital patient information to ensure optimal follow-through in care.
• Demonstrating adaptability in handling caseload, scheduling, and staffing shifts.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery.
• Participating in departmental operational activities and meetings.

Minimum Requirements

Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
