Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy services to patients in the Brookings, OR area. This position requires traveling to patients’ homes to deliver individualized therapy services aimed at enhancing their recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and progress efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, working 8-hour days.

Contract Length

The initial contract is for 13 weeks, with an option to extend to 26 weeks based on performance and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Previous experience in in-home therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Location

This position is based in Brookings, OR.
