Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide educational support to patients and their families
• Document patient care and treatment accurately in electronic health records
• Advocate for patients by addressing their needs and preferences
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Compact state licensure may be required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
