• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for completing necessary documentation as required by the organization. Candidates must hold an active license and have experience in their respective setting. Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Candidates who have worked previously within the last year are not eligible for rehire until they have been separated for one year. For those with previous work history as a traveler or in a permanent/PRN capacity more than a year ago, please provide their name and date of birth for eligibility verification.
