Physical Therapist

Position Summary

This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services in a clinical setting. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring the best outcomes for patients in rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy license.
• General certifications such as ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP are required.
• Relevant rehabilitation certifications (e.g., ASHA, CHT, ACP Training) are preferred.
• Less than 1 year of experience is permissible for this position.

Shift Information

The position will require a full-time commitment during the day shift. Specific scheduling details will be provided upon onboarding.
