Clinic Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient clinic. This role involves supporting team members and ensuring high-quality care for a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents.

Location

Situated in a growing community in the NW corner of Phoenix, AZ, the clinic offers good highway access and convenience for staff and patients alike.

Clinic Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Schedule

This position expects 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available and no weekend requirements. We are open to alternative full-time schedules, including 4×10 hour shifts, for the right candidate.

Caseload Expectations

The expected caseload is 55-65 visits per week, with each visit lasting 60+ minutes. Evaluations are allocated a full 60 minutes for one-on-one time, while follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 minutes, allowing for some overlap between sessions.

Dress Code

Business casual attire is required (khakis and polos are acceptable).

Support Staff

The clinic is supported by a full-time front office coordinator, a physical therapist assistant, and regular technician coverage. Currently, there is no float requirement for this position.

Employment Type

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience. New graduates may be considered, provided they have relevant student rotation experience.
