This position involves a combination of inpatient and outpatient services, with the majority of the caseload focused on outpatient care.

Job Details

• Start Date: November 2
• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week, with Tuesdays off. Please note that Tuesday is a non-negotiable day off due to departmental scheduling needs.
• Setting: Primarily outpatient, with some inpatient responsibilities.
• Pelvic Floor Training: Training in this area is a plus but not mandatory.
• Licensing: Candidates with a compact eligible license will be considered. If obtaining an Oregon license, candidates must apply immediately upon acceptance of the contract.

Please note that hours are not guaranteed during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s.
