Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pelvic physical therapy, or strong orthopedic experience, including post-operative, spine, lower extremity, and sports rehabilitation.

Schedule

This position requires availability from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Cumming, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
• Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certification or APTA Pelvic Health Certification preferred. Strong orthopedic background with experience in post-operative care, spine, lower extremities, and sports rehabilitation is also acceptable. New graduates will not be considered.

Holiday Requirements

The candidate must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).
