Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in Bishop, CA. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering ample opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and home exercises.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday.

Contract Length

The initial contract length for this position is set for 4 weeks, with the potential for extension based on facility needs.
