Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings.

Position Details

• Unit: Physical Therapy
• Shift: Monday through Thursday, 7am – 5pm
• Shift Length: 10 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred; training available
• Work Environment: Outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled care

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Provide therapy services to an average of 8 patients per day.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• BLS Certification required.
• Keen understanding of common diagnoses and treatment protocols in outpatient physical therapy.
