Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to residents in nursing homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting a supportive and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and adhere to established care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, including vital signs and overall well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
