Responsibilities

• Complete necessary documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide direct patient care and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: 0.0
• Active physical therapy license is required.
• General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.

• Successful candidates must undergo credentialing requirements.
• PARKING will be provided on the first day of employment.
• The dress code will be communicated during the first day of onboarding.
