Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.

Schedule

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities designed to improve the patient’s physical condition.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
