Job Description:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services catering to adults, geriatrics, and adolescents, focusing on individual patient needs within a business casual dress environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments using evaluation methods such as Fall Risk Assessment.
• Manage patient caseload with a productivity expectation of a minimum of 11 visits per day.
• Utilize professional skills in case management for a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and neurological disorders.

Requirements:

• Open to new graduates, preference for therapists with 1+ years of experience.
• EHR experience with NextGen.
