Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide home health physical therapy services to patients in a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Responsible for treating 5-7 patients per day, focusing on conditions such as surgeries and falls.
Responsibilities:
- Treat and manage a caseload of 5-7 patients per day with various diagnoses including surgeries and falls.
- Travel within a 60-mile radius to provide home health services.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- ND Physical Therapy License
- Current Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- 1+ year of PT related experience in home health
- Proficiency with HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system
