Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will provide acute care rehabilitation services, focusing primarily on evaluations and treatments. The role involves completing patient evaluations, delivering treatments, and collaborating with rehab aides, OTAs, and PTAs. Precepting may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations with an expectation of 1 evaluation per hour.
• Perform daily treatments, aiming for 10 treatments in an 8-hour shift.
• Collaborate with a team of PTAs and techs to deliver care.
• Participate in alternating holiday coverage as required.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Ability to work inpatient (acute care) settings including Level III trauma, ortho, and critical care units.
