Qualifications

• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
• License: Active, with specific requirements regarding permanent licenses

Additional Requirements

• Preferred candidates should not have worked in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year.
• If previously employed, candidates must verify their eligibility for rehire.

Credentialing and Equipment

• Credentialing required: Contract QA
• Equipment will be provided during the interview.

Parking and Dress Code

Information regarding parking and dress code will be provided on the first day of work.

Notice Requirements
