PT (Physical Therapist), Rehab

City/State: Dickinson, North Dakota

Shift: 8H Days M-F, 8a-5p – no weekends

Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will primarily provide home health services with some hospice evaluations. No weekend shifts required, working Monday through Friday with standard hours. Responsibility may include start of care, recerts, and daily visits. Orientation will last 1-2 weeks alongside a colleague. Various resources including Clinical Coordinator and Director will be available for support.

Responsibilities:

Start of care, recertifications, and resumption of care for patients.
Regular visits may range from 5-6 per day, adjusted for travel or additional assessments.
May occasionally conduct safety evaluations or teaching visits in hospice settings.

Requirements:

BLS Certification.
North Dakota Physical Therapy License.
Must have a current Driver’s License & Auto Insurance.
Prefer applicants with Home Health experience and OASIS training.
Compliance with the 50-mile radius rule and no recent employment with CommonSpirit-affiliated facilities.
