Job Description:

The PT (Physical Therapist) will primarily provide services in a home health setting, conducting regular visits and handling occasional start of care, recertifications, and admissions. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekends and holidays off.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular home health visits (5-6 per day)
• Managing start of care and recertifications as needed
• Collaborating with team members and reaching out to available resources for support
• Wearing black, navy blue, or grey scrubs
• Ensuring no involvement in holiday rotations or weekend shifts

Requirements:

• BLS certification
• North Dakota Physical Therapy License
• Home Health experience preferred
• Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
