Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The position requires managing an active patient caseload and providing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with conditions such as orthopedic issues, back pain, and post-operative recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30 patients.
- Conduct fall risk assessments and case management.
- Treat a variety of conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, fractures, and more.
- Coordinate and develop treatment plans for various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
- Ability to handle a caseload of 12-13 visits per day.
- Expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Must adhere to a business casual dress code.
