Job Description:

This position involves providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on adults and adolescents. The role requires managing a caseload with a productivity expectation of 10-15 visits per day and utilizing NextGen for electronic health records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations using methods such as Fall Risk Assessment and Gross Motor Assessments
• Implement treatment plans for various orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, disc herniation, and post-operative care

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Professional skills in case management and screening
• Familiarity with productivity tools and expectations for visits per day
