Clinical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position involves completing required documentation and ensuring compliance with all credentialing and licensing standards before starting the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete necessary documentation directly with the designated organization prior to starting the assignment.
• Maintain active and valid licensure, ensuring that all candidates submit proof of license application within the designated timeframe.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

• Minimum of less than 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Active licensure is required.
• Certifications must include ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.

Shift Information

Dayshift with a rotation for holiday coverage, as necessary. Additional information regarding dress code and parking will be provided on the first day.

Additional Information

The position requires successful completion of credentialing requirements and adherence to compliance guidelines throughout the assignment. If a candidate has previously worked with the organization as a permanent or PRN staff member within the last year, they are not eligible to return until separated for one year. For candidates with previous traveler experience, eligibility must be confirmed prior to submission.
