Job Description:

Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role requires previous experience in physical therapy and adherence to a business casual dress code.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure approximately 11 patient visits per day with adherence to productivity expectations.
• Perform case management and screening/building a caseload.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments including DME authorization, fall risk assessments, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous physical therapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency in NextGen EHR system.
• Ability to manage orthopedic and neurological conditions including but not limited to ACL tears, back pain, osteoarthritis, MS, and Parkinson’s Disease.
