Job Description:

We are in need of a contract Physical Therapist at a skilled nursing home in Rensselaer, IN, with a well-established rehab department.

Responsibilities:

• Providing physical therapy to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborating with the rehabilitation department and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records using Net Health EMR.

Requirements:

• BLS certification (AHA or Redcross) required.
• SNF experience required.
• Covid vaccination preferred, not required.
