Job Description:
We are in need of a contract PT at our Rensselaer Care Center in Rensselaer, IN. This is a skilled nursing home with a well-established rehab department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Work Monday to Friday, with a possible weekend shift.
Requirements:
- BLS required (AHA or Redcross)
- SNF experience required
- Covid preferred, not required
