Job Description:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to float between inpatient and outpatient settings in Caldwell, Texas. The PT will be responsible for treating a variety of patient diagnoses, including SNF-general, wounds, ortho, neuro, and debility cases. The role may require precepting duties as needed by the unit.

Responsibilities:

• Treat a combination of inpatient and outpatient cases
• Provide wound care as necessary
• Collaborate with 2-3 PTAs and 1 tech
• Rotate in with staff as needed during holidays

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Texas and national PT license
• Experience in both IP/OP settings preferred
• New graduates accepted with at least six months experience
