Job Description:
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments in both acute care and rehab settings. Work schedule includes 5 eight-hour days Monday through Friday with flexibility for one weekend every 6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with rehab team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Experience in acute care and rehabilitation settings.
