Job Description:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide both outpatient and inpatient care, implementing rehabilitation programs for a diverse patient population. The role includes work in a variety of settings such as general inpatient, rehab, and potentially sub-acute or outpatient clinics as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in designated areas, either outpatient or inpatient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-specific rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
• Work within a structured schedule, possibly including weekends and holidays with perm staff rotation.

Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist.
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
