Job Description:

This role involves providing physical therapy services primarily to outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy to outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients.
• Evaluate and create treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Requirements:

• Physical therapy degrees required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
