Job Overview

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The primary focus of this role is on outpatient therapy services, catering to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to hospice care, covering a wide array of diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to outpatient clients of varying ages and diagnoses.
• Deliver therapy services in Acute Care and Swing Bed settings as required.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current certification and licensing required for practice.
• Extensive pediatric experience is essential.
• No new graduates; candidates must have relevant professional experience.
