Job Description:
Occupational Therapist position in a home health setting, requiring experience with Oasis forms and flexibility in covering assigned geographical regions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients assigned to a geographical region.
- Document patient care using the Cerner electronic medical record system.
- Participate in a floor-specific orientation lasting 1.5-2 weeks.
- Work every third weekend and minor holidays as needed.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Oasis forms
- One year of experience in PT/OT/Sp
- Home setting experience is preferred but not required
