Job Description:
Occupational Therapist position in a home-based care setting, focusing on rehabilitation services, flexible work schedule with a geographical region assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team including PT, OT, Speech services.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Oasis and one year of PT/OT/Speech experience preferred
