Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist will deliver home-based care in assigned geographical regions, working primarily with patients with orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services as assigned.
- Complete documentation using Cerner EMR system.
- Coordinate care with rehabilitation aides, OTAs, and PTAs.
- Maintain professional dress with business attire and a white lab coat, avoiding jeans.
- Attend a floor-specific orientation for 1.5-2 weeks.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification required.
- Experience with Oasis government-mandated form.
- Minimum of one year experience in PT/OT/Sp; home setting experience is preferred but not required.
