Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist in the rehab unit, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services within a post-acute care setting. The position requires experience with Oasis forms and involves working primarily weekdays with a weekend commitment every third weekend. You will be assigned to a specific geographical region and must adhere to the facility’s business attire policy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with conditions such as orthopedic injuries, strokes, and spinal injuries.
- Complete required documentation using the Cerner charting system.
- Collaborate with rehab aides, PTAs, and OTAs.
Requirements:
- Active OT license
- BLS Certification
- Experience with government-mandated Oasis forms
- Minimum of one year of experience in PT/OT/Sp
- Home setting experience preferred but not required
