Job Description:
Occupational Therapist role in a post-acute care setting, involving home-based and rehab care for patients with conditions such as orthopedic issues, strokes, joint problems, and spinal injuries. Candidates must have experience with the Oasis form.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy to rehab patients based on assigned geographical regions.
- Collaborate with other rehab aides and permanent staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient interactions using the Cerner EMR system.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Oasis documentation
- Minimum of one year experience in PT/OT/Sp, with home setting experience preferred
