Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with both adults and pediatric patients in a mixed setting of outpatient and inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Requirements

• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is advantageous.
• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Professional attire is expected during work hours.

Work Schedule

The typical work schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts with weekend requirements depending on the specific schedule. There is no on-call rotation.
