Occupational Therapist

Summary

This position entails providing occupational therapy services across multiple locations within the region. Flexibility to float among sites is required based on staff needs and patient census, with the primary location being designated for the role.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift – 40 hours per week (8×5’s)
• Floating to other locations may be required as staffing needs dictate

Education and Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program, or foreign equivalent (Required if license was obtained on or after January 2007).
• Two years of occupational therapy experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organizational policy (Required)
• Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)

Location

This position will primarily be based in a main site with potential floating to other locations as necessary. Must be willing to travel to different sites as staffing needs arise.
