Occupational Therapist

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

This role primarily involves outpatient care with some acute inpatient coverage. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving their overall functional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to establish appropriate therapy goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide therapy services in an outpatient setting with minimal acute inpatient involvement.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but newer practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
