• Daily Census: Approximately 250 active consults per day
• Staffing: Headcount of 30, with 17.29 FTEs
• Patient Ratio: Typically 8-10 patients assigned per Occupational Therapist per day
• Equipment: General acute care durable medical equipment
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of hospital experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Current BLS certification
• Active licensure in Kansas

Preferred Skills

• Experience with trauma patients
• Experience with comprehensive stroke patients

Responsibilities

• Conducting Occupational Therapy evaluations
• Providing Occupational Therapy treatments to patients

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and demonstrate high accountability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
