Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing high-quality therapy services to patients in both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive therapy services primarily focused on stroke and orthopedic patients.
• Provide 3 hours of rehabilitation therapy per day, ensuring patient-centered care and progress towards discharge.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes according to established guidelines and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on interventions and strategies to enhance daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to various patient needs and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule

This position offers flexible shifts, which may include options of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
