Job Description:

The role involves providing occupational therapy services in a home care setting. The therapist will treat an average of 8 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 6.5 points hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in home care environments.
• Supervise 1 COTA and manage daily schedules.
• Chart using Other Computerized System(s) not Listed.

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapy experience and Home Health experience required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base system is essential.
