Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a nursing home position. This role offers a PRN opportunity, primarily on Saturdays, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver effective care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• New York State Physical Therapist license is required.
• Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required.
