Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team for a 13-week assignment. This position offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services within a home health setting.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy techniques and interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Information

Travel requirements for home visits will be supported by a company-provided vehicle. There are several accommodations available nearby, including hotels, AirBNBs, and RV sites, for candidates who may need them during the assignment.
