Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our team. This position requires expertise in providing high-quality care to patients in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or a related healthcare setting is preferred.

Schedule

Shifts available may vary between 5-8 hours, with potential scheduling for 35-40 hours weekly.
