Ultrasound Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound imaging services in a professional and efficient manner.

Shift Details

• Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of ultrasound examinations including vascular, OBGYN (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester), and general abdominal and pelvic scans.
• Conduct neonatal brain scans (preferred) and perform arterial and DVT studies.
• Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of patient data and ultrasound findings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• 5+ years of experience preferred for first-time travelers.
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS in OB and ABD; RVT preferred.
• Proficient in general scanning techniques and comfortable working autonomously.

Additional Information

• Case Load: 10-13 patients per shift.
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC.
• Floating between locations may be required; approximately 10 minutes from Union Gap and 5 minutes from another imaging center.
• Weekend rotation will depend on schedule.
• Scrub color: Any solid professional color without graphics or logos.
• Facility details: Located in Yakima, WA.
