Adult Echo Technologist

General Information

We are seeking a skilled Adult Echo Technologist to join our team. This position involves working primarily within the Echo Department and requires proficiency in various echocardiographic procedures.

Unit Information

• Location: Asheville, NC
• Department: ECHO Department
• Number of Beds: Echo lab-CV Diagnostic imaging-MCVD
• Equipment: Philips Epiq, IE33
• Electronic Medical Records: Cerner Power Chart
• Echo Reporting System: Intellispace Cardiovascular (ISCV)

Job Responsibilities

The Adult Echo Technologist will perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures, including:

• 2D and 3D Adult Echocardiograms
• Strain Echocardiograms
• Stress Echocardiograms (Treadmill)

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Required:
  • BLS Certification
  • Credentialing from CCI or ARDMS
• Preferred: N/A
