Vascular Sonographer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the vascular specialty. This position involves performing non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Schedule

This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Location

Position available in the region of Holiday, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial and venous studies.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures performed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
• Utilize ultrasound equipment effectively and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in vascular sonography.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required.

Holiday Requirements

Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays from Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and 1 minor holiday from Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
