Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required for certain units.
