Job Description:

The HI-Imaging X-Ray Tech will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment for diagnostic purposes. The candidate must possess active State of Hawaii licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and demonstrate proficiency in the use of DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment. Arrival on the island is required the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments.

Responsibilities:

Operate radiographic equipment independently.
Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
Use and maintain a dosimetry badge.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, and EPIC preferred.
