Job Description:

Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT with precision and clinical expertise. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety. Manage and document patient data within the eRecord CUPID system and uphold URMC’s ICARE values in every aspect of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT).
• Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations.
• Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system.
• Implement new technologies and enhance lab protocols with colleagues.
• Conduct SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis studies, and hybrid SPECT resting studies followed by PET sarcoid or viability studies.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Nuclear Med experience.
• 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience.
• NYS Rad Tech License.
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification.
• BLS Certification.
