Job Description:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing various imaging studies including cardiac, spect, bone scan, bleed studies, and gastric emptying using GE equipment. The technologist will work under the supervision of a Lead Radiology Technologist and may be required to float to Mercy Downtown, approximately 6.5 miles away.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac, spect, bone scan, bleed studies, and gastric emptying exams.
• Maintain and operate GE nuclear medicine equipment.
• Complete 5-10 scans/studies per day using Radnet & Merge Unity systems.

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification and CA NMTL.
• At least 2 years of nuclear medicine experience.
