Job Description:

Nuclear Medicine Technologists are responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs for imaging or treatment. They are skilled in the operation of imaging equipment such as PET/CT scanners, following prescribed safety standards to avoid excessive radiation exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Operate imaging equipment proficiently while ensuring patient safety.

Requirements:

• BLS certification required.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate.
• Driver’s license required at submittal.
• DOT Certification preferred initially, required at extension within 90 days.
• Adherence to fingernail policy: artificial nails are prohibited.
