MRI Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating MRI equipment and providing high-quality imaging services to patients. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate imaging results.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment, conducting regular checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Review images for quality and clarity, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Maintain patient records, documenting all procedures and outcomes accurately.
• Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure to radiation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal patient care and ensure effective workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Valid certification from a recognized body in MRI technology.
• Strong understanding of MRI safety procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Schedule

This position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required.

Location

Position located in City, State. Travel may be required to multiple locations within the region.
